The objective of this project was to create a comprehensive brand identity across digital platforms as well as an animation sequence to help inspire and unite women to talk about being leading ladies in their industry.

01. Brand Logo
The LadyBoss Podcast aims to unite young women who are just getting started in their career to hear from doctors, CEOs, and small business owners about their insights and advice.
Collaborating closely with host Nina, I crafted typography that embodied the podcast's mission. The final design marries a bold, feminine font with a classic typewriter style, striking a balance between strength and approachability.

Through an iterative process, I transformed Nina's vision and color preferences into a compelling visual representation of the show. The foundation of the imagery emerged from the concept of a shared path, symbolizing the connection between interviewers and listeners. This unifying motif evolved through iterative development to shape both the final design and animation.
Client Moodboards
Based on the client's provided mood boards, I developed two initial design concepts. These preliminary designs served as a foundation for further refinement and client feedback.
After presenting the initial concepts, the client gravitated towards the design on the right. They requested an increased emphasis on key elements: the briefcase, microphone, and a symbolic path representing convergence.
Through collaborative discussions and iterative design, we narrowed down to these two black and white renditions. These served as the penultimate stage before finalizing the cover design, allowing for precise adjustments in composition and visual hierarchy.

03. Animated Podcast Intro
Given creative latitude, I produced three storyboard concepts, ultimately developing the client’s chosen idea into a 2D hand-drawn animation using TVPaint. Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere were employed to enhance visuals and create a cohesive soundscape.
